Warranty service

Genzo makes precision optical products for photography. Follow the product instructions and lens compatibility guidance when using and caring for a Radiant filter. Correct fitting, cleaning and storage help maintain its optical and structural performance.

Genzo offers returns, exchanges and warranty service. Contact your original retailer with proof of purchase and product details. Keep your order, invoice or other valid purchase record, together with the product S/N, so your service request can be checked.

United States: Federal and applicable state warranty rights remain in addition to the written one-year brand warranty. This policy does not disclaim implied warranties where prohibited. Your rights and remedies may vary by state.

1. Returns

  1. For a change-of-mind return, follow the valid return policy disclosed at purchase and applicable state law. For a defect or a product that differs from the agreed description, contact the original seller with the relevant purchase and product details.
  2. Provide the order details, model, quantity and a description of the included items.
  3. Return the product in good condition and handle packaging, accessories, instructions and gifts in accordance with applicable law and platform rules. Reasonable unpacking and necessary inspection do not automatically remove your right to return.
  4. Contact the shop through your original order to confirm the return address, delivery method and costs before securely packing and sending the product.
  5. If the product has a quality issue, you may request a return, replacement or repair under applicable law. Provide a description and relevant photographs or video to help the retailer assess the issue.
  6. For purchases from a dealer, contact the original dealer. Service is governed by applicable law and valid terms agreed at the time of purchase.
  7. Once a return is accepted, the retailer will check the returned product and included items and process the refund through the original purchase channel. Check your original order or contact the dealer for refund progress.

2. Exchanges

  1. If the product has a quality issue, the model differs from your order, or included items are missing, contact the original retailer promptly with details.
  2. Provide the order number, model and S/N, and describe the issue.
  3. For appearance, packaging or transport issues, retain photographs, video and delivery records for verification.
  4. Keep the product and included items safely until a resolution is agreed. Avoid further use that could change their condition.
  5. The original retailer will confirm the replacement model, specifications, returned items and delivery details with you. Discuss any change in filter diameter or model before sending the product.
  6. Exchange periods, costs and procedures follow applicable law and the valid service rules of the purchase channel. Warranty-related matters will be checked against applicable requirements and service records.

3. Warranty

  1. Radiant optical filters carry a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Damage not caused by human actions is covered during this period. Contact the original dealer or shop to request service.
  2. Please prepare the following to help us check your product and service details:
  3. Product model, filter size and S/N.
  4. An order, invoice or other valid proof of purchase.
  5. A description of the fault or damage, when it occurred, and photographs or video showing the issue.
  6. If you cannot find your proof of purchase, provide any available order or sales-record details so the original retailer can help verify the product, purchase date and issue.
  7. The original retailer will arrange an inspection as needed and discuss repair, replacement or another appropriate resolution. Covered claims will be handled under the warranty. Confirm the plan, shipping and progress through your original service channel.
  8. For damage caused by human actions, or service requests after the one-year warranty, ask the original retailer about available options. Any chargeable work must be explained and agreed before it proceeds. This does not affect other obligations imposed by law.

4. Requesting service and shipping

  1. For an official-channel purchase, contact official customer support through your original order. For a dealer purchase, contact the original dealer. Keep your proof of purchase and product S/N.
  2. After requesting service, confirm the service details, item list, return address and contact information. Do not send the product before the address has been confirmed.
  3. Before shipping, record the product’s condition, S/N and included items. Use packaging that protects the glass and frame, and retain the tracking number. Do not include unrelated equipment.
  4. On arrival, the retailer will check the service request and product details. They will contact you through the original service channel if more information or a revised resolution is needed.
  5. When your product is returned, check the model, quantity and included items. If anything is unclear, contact the service provider and retain relevant records.
  6. Matters not covered here follow applicable law and valid purchase terms. Where the law or the purchase channel provides more favourable service terms, those terms apply.
